Feature modules on one API
Dashboard, leads, inbox, social, ecommerce, chatbot, AI, billing, and security each live in their own domain — with shared UI and a single Axios client to the existing backend.
Sales teams can see the pipeline, answer live chats, run social replies, and send product links without jumping between separate tools.

Revenue work was split across places that do not talk to each other. Leads sat in one tool. Facebook and Instagram comments sat in another. Store orders sat in Shopify or WooCommerce. Website chat sat somewhere else. On the road, that meant missed replies, duplicate records, and no single view of what was happening this week.
The business problem was simple: a salesperson could not run the day from a phone. Pipeline, conversations, campaigns, and store follow-ups were desktop-first and disconnected. The platform already lived on the web as a multi-tenant system. The mobile product had to match that model — sign-in, workspace setup, company switching, role-based menus, a live inbox, and the same CRM and commerce flows — without rebuilding a separate product per platform.

Session, active tenant, active company, and feature data stay consistent when the user switches company or returns from a push notification.

After auth, the app joins the company room with conversation join/leave and typing indicators. Chat is realtime, not pull-to-refresh.

Menus and screens show only what that user is allowed to use — organizations, companies, social automation, billing, AI, and more. Agencies run several companies without exposing everything to everyone.

The home screen is a sales snapshot: messages, leads, smart-link clicks, cart adds, and revenue — with 7-day through 12-month ranges. Channel mix covers Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website widget. Leads have status, value, assignment, filters, and a timeline of touchpoints.

The tab bar centres four daily jobs: dashboard, leads, chat, and social. Inbox is a real conversation list with live updates. Widget contacts are first-class. On social, teams connect pages, turn on lead capture, auto comments, auto DMs, and moderation — then schedule posts, broadcasts, and DM sequences from the same app.

Shopify and WooCommerce connect for product sync, orders, UTM-tracked smart links, and abandoned-cart reminders. Order automation covers COD-to-prepaid offers, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups. Chatbot flows, AI settings, billing, and security sit in the same workspace — with Google, Facebook, captcha, and two-factor sign-in.
