Who we are
The Cubeless Company (“Cubeless”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a software studio based in India. We design and build custom SaaS products, AI automation, data systems, and mobile applications for teams in the US, UK, EU, and APAC.

How to read this policy
A few terms we use throughout:
- Personal data
- Any information that identifies you, or could reasonably be used to identify you: a name, email address, or similar.
- Service
- This website and the public pages on it, including the blog and contact form.
- Engagement
- Paid project work we do for a client under a statement of work or similar agreement. That work is governed by the contract, not this website policy.
- You
- The person visiting the site, writing to us, or acting on behalf of a company.

Information we collect
Information you give us
You choose what to send. Typical examples:
- Name, email address, company, and a message when you book a call or write to us.
- Any files, links, or project context you attach to an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
When you load a page, our hosting environment and the browser typically record technical details such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site running and to understand, in aggregate, what is useful.
We do not ask for payment details on this website. We do not create user accounts here.
Information from client work
If we work together on a product, any personal data inside that product lives in your repositories and cloud accounts, under the engagement agreement. This privacy policy does not replace that contract.

How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Reply to enquiries and run introductory calls.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Prepare a proposal or statement of work when you ask for one.
- Meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to run advertising networks against you.

How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. For example, to finish a conversation or meet a legal record-keeping duty. Enquiry notes that do not become a project are typically removed once they are no longer useful.
When we no longer need the data, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.

Where information is processed
We are based in India. People who help us run the site, and the servers they use, may sit in other countries. That means personal data can leave the country you are in, including to places with different data-protection rules.
When we transfer data, we take steps that are reasonable for a studio of our size, using reputable providers and limiting access to people who need it.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and see a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete personal data we no longer need to keep.
- Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
- Move data you provided to us, where technically feasible.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Send the request to info@thecubeless.com or through the contact form. We may need to verify who you are before we act. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires, or explain if we cannot fulfil a request (for example, because we must keep a record).

Children
This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@thecubeless.com and we will delete it.

Security
We use ordinary, commercially reasonable measures to protect personal data: access limited to people who need it, reputable hosting, and care with how enquiries are stored. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority when the law requires it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio, the site, or the law changes. The date at the top is the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
