01
The agreement
By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and, if you are acting for a company, that you have authority to bind that company.

Definitions
- Company / we / us
- The Cubeless Company, a software studio based in India.
- Service
- This website, including pages, writing, forms, and any materials we publish here.
- Engagement
- A paid build, review, or support arrangement documented in a statement of work, proposal you accept, or similar contract.
- You
- A visitor to the site, or the organisation you represent.
03
Using the website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the site for your own information: learning about Cubeless, reading the blog, and contacting us. Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept by clicking, except where we explicitly say so.
Descriptions of services, timelines, and outcomes are illustrative. A real schedule and scope exist only after we have scoped the work with you.
04
What you must not do
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse site materials without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or overload our infrastructure.
- Use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Cubeless.
- Submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to send.
05
Client work
Booking a call or sending a brief does not create a project. An engagement starts when both sides accept a written scope, fee, and terms.
Unless the engagement says otherwise: you own the code and intellectual property we produce for you, from day one, in your repositories and cloud accounts. Our internal tools, methods, and generic know-how stay ours. Open-source components keep their original licences.
Confidentiality, NDAs, warranties, and support for a live product are defined in the engagement, not on this page.
06
Intellectual property on this site
The Cubeless name, wordmark, writing, visuals, and the arrangement of this website belong to The Cubeless Company or our licensors. You may not use them as your own, including in a product or pitch, without permission.
If you send us comments or ideas through the site, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use them to improve the studio and the Service. Do not send anything you need to keep exclusive unless we have an NDA in place first.
07
Third-party sites
The site may link to blogs, tools, or social profiles we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices are theirs. We are not responsible for their content or for any loss from using them.
08
The site is provided as-is
The Service is offered “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Writing on the blog is opinion and education, not professional advice for your specific system.
We may change, pause, or take down pages without notice.
09
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cubeless Company and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.
Our total liability connected with the website is limited to the amount you paid us to use the website (which is typically nothing) or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. This cap does not apply where the law forbids a limitation, and it does not rewrite the liability terms in a signed engagement.
10
Suspension
We may suspend or block access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the site or other people. On termination, the licence to use the site ends immediately. Sections that should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, continue to apply.
11
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you a right to sue locally.
If something in these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right once, we can still enforce it later.
12
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For a material change we will post the update here. If you keep using the site after the change, you accept the new terms.
13
Contact
Questions about these terms: email info@thecubeless.com or use the contact form. Mention that your message is about the website terms so we can route it correctly.
